Vacant positions:

Project Manager (China-EU Science and Technology Cooperation Project)

Location: Beijing or Shanghai

Description:

  • Responsible for the full life cycle management of China-EU Science and Technology Cooperation Project, including demand analysis, project planning, implementation and evaluation;
  • Coordinate communication and resource integration between Chinese and European partners to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
  • Develop project plans and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality completion of project goals;
  • Write project reports and related documents to promote the transformation and implementation of project results.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or above, preferably with a background in science and engineering (such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, clean energy, etc.);
  • More than 3 years of project management experience, preferably with experience in cross-border cooperation or international projects;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English, and familiarity with European culture is preferred;
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills and problem-solving skills;
  • PMP certification or related qualifications are preferred.

Technology Policy Analyst

Location: Beijing or remote working

Description:

  • Research technology policies, laws and regulations, and industry trends in China and Europe, and write policy interpretation reports;
  • Provide policy consulting services to clients, and assist them in formulating development strategies that are in line with policy orientations;
  • Participate in policy forums and seminars related to China and Europe's technology, and provide professional advice;
  • Support policy training for internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD degree, with a background in public policy, international relations, or related fields;
  • Familiarity with China and Europe's technology policies, especially policy directions in areas such as artificial intelligence, clean energy, and biotechnology;
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to independently write high-quality reports;
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, with good cross-cultural communication skills;
  • Candidates with relevant work experience in international organizations or government agencies are preferred.

Market Development Specialist (China-Europe Technology Services)

Location: Shanghai or Munich

Description:

  • Develop technology partner resources in China and Europe, and promote project cooperation between enterprises and research institutions;
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, explore customer needs, and provide customized service solutions;
  • Assist in organizing China-Europe technology forums, exhibitions and inspection activities to promote exchanges and cooperation among all parties;
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing projects and enhance the brand influence of the Promotion Association.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, with a background in marketing, international business or related majors;
  • More than 2 years of market development or customer relationship management experience, with international trade or cross-border cooperation experience preferred;
  • Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, with German or French as a plus;
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to adapt to short-term overseas business trips, with a strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.
